Commission Requests

Reach out directly via email at chromusmaps@gmail.com with any questions or commission requests. Pricing is subject to change depending on specific details of the request. All prices listed are before tax. Please provide the following information in your initial email:

• Subject

• Style

• Size/dimensions

• Reference photos (if applicable)

• Additional requests (customization, details, color, etc.)

Pricing

In addition to the above dimensions pricing, the following will apply for additional changes to the final product:

• Add Weathering: +$25.00 for weathering/coffee staining

• Add Color: +50% of total price (watercolor, colored pencil, etc.)

• Digital Scan: +25% of total price (provided as a .png or .jpeg file to the buyer)

• Rush Job: +50% of total price (specific in-hands date, skip ahead of other commissions)

• Use for Resale: +50% of total price (Applies to products, marketing, or streams)

• Exclusivity/NDA:  +100% of total price. (Pay for ownership and/or silence) 

The final product provided to the buyer at the time of final payment will be the completed, original piece.

Payment Options

After details of your commission are confirmed, I won't begin working on it until a deposit equal to 50% of the quoted total has been paid. The other half will be requested upon completion of the piece. The final product will only be delivered once I have received payment in full.

All payments are final. NO refunds under ANY circumstances.  

Additional Information

You can modify your commission at any time before I start working on the piece. You can upgrade or include additional details simply by paying the difference.  You can even change the map entirely.  Just remember that I cannot provide refunds for downgrades. 

Once I start working on the piece, some changes become much more difficult to make. I’m happy to make minor modifications within reason. Larger changes may require additional fees, or a new commission.

Terms of Service

All rights to the art I create, including commissions, belong exclusively to me.  You may neither sell nor exchange my art in any form, physical or digital, print or NFT, under any circumstances unless you have my express written permission AND you have paid for the rights to do so. You may not use my art in any published material, even free material, on any online or physical marketplace.

Any art I create is my own.  Unless exclusive rights are purchased I retain all rights to use and monetize my art in any way I choose.  This includes the sale of prints, online sales, marketing, published materials, or any other merchandise.
